  1. Another masterpiece of presence. This drawing is so very successful as a drawing and as a telling evocation of our good friend at this point, the Woman artist. She has never been so large and close before. Her longing for reality brings her out of the picture plane and into three dimensional emotional space. All is dons so brilliantly. This huge surface of a person is too real to ever be an object. She blows away our conception of a sketch on paper. Here we drown in the beauty and delicacy of this absolutely living Woman. This full moon of consciousness floats us to a greater reality.

  2. On looking again at this powerful drawing I now enter more into the psyche of the Woman artist. Her thoughts, her thinking, her idea of herself and the world is so very specifically expressed by the detail in her eyes. So much information is so strongly available to us by these simple chalk lines on paper as depiction. The amount of character that is revealed to us is astounding.
